Overview — All WildOrbit products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your item is printed and dispatched specifically for you — please allow a short production window before your order ships.
Production Time — All orders require 2–7 business days for production before dispatch. This is in addition to the shipping time shown at checkout.
Shipping Times:
- United Kingdom — Standard: 3–5 business days | Express: 1–2 business days
- European Union — Standard International: 5–10 business days
- International (US, AU, CA, UAE, etc.) — Standard International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking — Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Customs & Import Duties — For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. WildOrbit is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Orders — If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@wildorbit.store and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address — Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WildOrbit cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
